Here at Bites and Beyond I delve deep into the whole person. I believe that being healthy and whole relies on a combination of factors that incorporates all aspects of our lives. People often turn to coaches to help support them in making positive changes in their lives or to support them through struggles. Whether it is helping someone make healthier food choices and loose a couple pounds, or help them in managing the stress of their day to day lives I am here to help with setting actionable goals to help you pave your path to success.
Its easy to assume that one thing is the only thing standing in the way of your happiness, but more often than not once you achieve that goal you will realize there is so much more to having a healthy well rounded life. By focusing on the whole person rather than the individual parts of their life, I will help guide you to your goals. You deserve to be healthy and happy and have your health and wellness journey tailored to your unique needs and lifestyle. Working closely with each client I will provide one on one sessions in which you and I come up with a plan that best fit the complexities of your life. The goal is to give you the tools you'll need to navigate this journey to wellness for years to come.
